Appointments & etiquette
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session.
- Cancellations need at least 4 working hours' notice; late cancellations attract a 50% fee.
- Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode.
- Guests below 16 years are not permitted inside the spa.
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.
Professional conduct
- Disposable undergarments are provided; therapist draping ensures privacy throughout.
- All therapies are strictly professional.
- Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, full charges, and possible legal action.
